Please note that in 2005 the Stockholm Arbitration Report (SAR) became the Stockholm International Arbitration Review (SIAR)

About the Journal: The Stockholm Arbitration Report (SAR) is a 500+ page bi-annual journal which covers topical subjects in international arbitration, and includes both extracts from arbitral awards and court decisions, articles and book reviews, all commented upon or written by distinguished arbitrators, lawyers, justices and other legal professionals. The SAR, backed by its internationally-composed editorial board, provides information from and insight into the world of international arbitration as practiced not only in Sweden, but also world-wide.

Each issue focuses on topical issues in international arbitration by leading authorities. In addition, it contains extracts from arbitral awards and court decisions, which provide indispensable and extremely helpful insight into the attitudes of courts and tribunals on arbitration matters and the enforcement of arbitral awards. Each award and court decision is subject to commentaries by leading authorities, in many cases from more then one point of view. This service is unparalleled in legal publishing.
